EMERGING TRENDS IN DIE-CASTING TECHNOLOGY.
ALUCAST 2018 - the biennial International Conference and Exhibition on Die Casting Technology – concluded its proceedings on 8th December, 2018 at IEML, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.
Organized by Aluminium Casters’ Association of India (Alucast), and produced by NürnbergMesse India, the three day event held at the India Expo Mart, Noida attracted a record number of Exhibitors, Visitors and Delegates.
More than 160 exhibitors presented their latest products and technologies. 33% of the participation was international from countries including Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Taiwan, Italy and China.
A special highlight was the “CHINA PAVILION” organised by NürnbergMesse China who also led a delegation visit to some prominent die-casting facilities in North India to assess the scope of the market.

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Sudarshan Venu , Joint Managing Director, TVS – one of India’s leading automobile companies.
The Theme for the Event was: “Emerging Trends for Die-Casting Technology”. The three day exhibition cum conference attracted over 3500+ visitors.
This biennial event has emerged as the convergence for numerous stakeholders across the aluminium industry. The accompanying training programmes and high level conferences evoke a great deal of interest. Over the past decade, the Indian Die Casting industry has seen modernization and increased production capacities. The industry has grown phenomenally and is touted as the global supply hub for all auto giants. This puts the industry in an enviable position of quantum growth in the coming years.
